President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
President of the Republic of the Philippines
Dear, Mr. President:
Greetings of peace and prosperity!
We apologize. We apologize that instead of words of gratitude, you were attcked with the words of hatred. I am writing this letter to express my concerns about the issues that us, Filipinos, are facing right now— like in poverty, and challenges in education and healthcare. We want to address these issues, in order to solve and to secure the well-being among all Filipinos.
These issues are intend to affect the well-beingness of the Filipinos. First is poverty, most of the Filipinos are suffering with poverty. They lack daily needs, shelter, and financial needs too— especially kids. It is also part of my concern abour the challenges in education— kids not being able to go to school, schools having a record about bullying, and students lack of financial needs. One of the factors why I wanted to address this is to give them the opportunity they deserved, for them to learn, to explore, and discover new things at once. Lastly, I want to know about your concerns about healthcare. We all know that Filipinos are known for being resilient, that is why our country lacks healthcare professionals, particularly nurses and doctors. This results to a shortage of health professionals in rural areas, such as the provinces, the tribes living in the mountains. Especially, diseases occurs nowadays.
Within these concerns, we find us, Filipinos, resilient in any way. I hope, we will find a way to solve these concerns for the greater generation. And, I would like to express my gratitude to you and to your leadership. Your leadership has led this country to rise and stand. I am proud of you, Mr. President for your service within the country, and to us Filipinos. No words can describe how proud and thankful I am to a president like you, Sir. Thank you very much, Sir!
Sincerely yours,
Jessa Mhay Argel
