Balancing Numbers while Defending Justice
“From a CPA to a Juris Doctor, I will stand for truth in every tax transactions and in every case. Dreams which are built sharpening my discipline and integrity to both numbers and justice.”
Dreams are the foundation of every person's journey, and mine is to build a career that combines both numbers and justice. I see myself first becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), mastering the way finance works, and configuring to businesses and communities through accurate reporting.
Accountancy isn't just about numbers or values; it is about the responsibility, together with integrity and trust that I want to embody in my professional life.
After establishing myself as an Accountant, a part of my plan is to pursue law school and earn a Juris Doctor degree. The legal profession that has always fascinated me because of its power to uphold fairness and protect human rights. By becoming a Lawyer, I will be able to use my knowledge not only in defending people but also in shaping policies that ensures transparency and accountability.
Combining accountancy with law allows me to specialize in areas such as corporate law, financial regulation, and taxation, where both skills are highly needed. These paths are challenging, but also rewarding. In the Philippines, CPA Lawyers are rare and highly respected because they bridge two fields, finance and law. They are sought after corporate settings, government agencies and private practices, as they can handle complex cases involving tax transactions.
My future is not just about personal success but about service. By becoming both an Accountant and a Lawyer, I will ensure to help individuals, business and communities navigate the complexities of finance and law. It is a part of my dream to stand as a professional who embodies justice, integrity and dedication; qualities that will help me in making a meaningful impact on society.
