“Lessons Beyond the Classroom: My Last & Best Quarter Journey”
📜"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." – Nelson Mandela
a. What are the learning/discoveries that I have gained?
By the end of this quarter, I discovered more about my strengths and areas for growth. I learned how to manage my time better, especially when balancing schoolwork, projects, and personal responsibilities. I also realized the importance of working alone taught me that different perspectives can lead to stronger outcomes. Most importantly, I gained confidence in expressing my ideas, whether in writing or discussions. Moreover, I learned a lot this year.
b. What are the problems/challenges that I have encountered? One of the biggest challenges I faced was handling multiple deadlines at once. There were moments when I feel overwhelmed by the workload and unsure if I could finish everything on time. Another challenge was staying motivated during difficult lessons, especially when the topics seemed complicated or when I didn’t immediately understand them. However, I still managed to surpass them all and seems to enjoy every bit of it.c. How did I address these challenges?
I addressed these challenges by creating small schedule on each day instead of trying to finish everything at once. I also asked for help from teachers and friends whenever I struggled with a topic, which made learning easier and less stressful. By practicing discipline and reminding myself of my long-term goals, I was able to push through moments of doubt and keep moving forward.
d. Moving on, I will… Moving forward, I will continue to improve my studying habits and maintain consistency in my work. I will also be more proactive in seeking help when needed and in supporting my peers. Most importantly, I will carry the lessons of perseverance and teamwork with me as I prepare for the next stage of my academic journey. I want to face future challenges with confidence, knowing that every difficulty is an opportunity to grow.
